The U.Hub Campus Asprela residence offers university students distinct leisure and resting conditions, integrated in a youthful and contemporary setting.

Vicaima once again includes its signature in a new student accommodation project. This time, several comfort, privacy and security solutions were integrated in the U.Hub Campus Asprela, located in Porto and designed for university students seeking comfort, social and leisure opportunities, but also tranquility for their days of rest or study.

The residence, in the heart of Porto, is located in a privileged area, with easy access to universities, services and public transport. It also has a network of partnerships with several valuable offers, making it the ideal accommodation for university students - especially international students eager to live and feel Portugal.

Vicaima solutions can be found in the room and respective bathroom entrances, in the auditoriums, gymnasiums, changing rooms and other common areas, assuring security and an excellent acoustic performance for a fun, leisure and study ambiance.

As regards technical solutions, various options from the Portaro® range were selected for this project - an integrated ready-to-install solution comprising door, frame and accessories - of which the 30 and 60 minute fire performances as well as the 32 and 35 dB acoustic performances are emphasised. Additionally, the Portaro® and the Portaro ® sliding door were included in the selection. Having international certification, Vicaima products comply with fire resistance regulations in spaces where it is required and, at the same time, provide optimum acoustic levels for an undisturbed daily life.

As regards the finish, as a way of ensuring symbiosis between the spaces and the clean feel of this project, the White colour from the Dekordor® HD range was selected. This option helps to provide a modern touch of freshness to spaces, using this high physical and chemical resistance laminate. It is suitable for places subject to intensive use, such as school, hotel, medical, office or even commercial projects.

The technical specificity of this equipment, as well as its aesthetic refinement, reinforces the commitment and expertise of Vicaima - a major European player in the design and production of avant-garde solutions for doors, frames, wardrobes and panels - for various service sectors and the hotel market, marking its presence in yet another investment project aimed at students’ well-being.
